any one feeling absolutely exhausted?
Exhausted used to define this but now I think we need a new word. My body has no energy. I can't do basic tasks.
Yes! For weeks now or longer
Omg yes! I have had to scale back to doing to minimum for the last month or 6 weeks and some days I just have to lie around. This has happened before but not for years. Feels like a lot of energetic rearranging is happening in my body and it is disorienting and makes functioning difficult. Feel you 💕

Yes, the most extreme fatigue I've ever experienced the past two and a half weeks. Today was the worst.. and I found it scary to be this utterly drained and weak. I have M.E. cfs and am a sensitive so get hit hard anyway but this is beyond anything I've ever experienced before.
I have had a lot of intense all over body pains lately too, including tooth pain. Has anyone else been experiencing loud pain lately?

Yes I've had tooth pain, they feel really sensitive. Plus all over aches and joint pain 😅

Yes, all over joint pain at times. Last night it felt like my body didn’t quite fit together properly - weird feeling. More specifically, recurring pain in the hips (connected with letting go of control possibly), headaches, knee (issues with moving forward?), & today my little finger for no apparent reason went wild with pain for a few hours. Nothing medically wrong with me that I know of. I’ve started talking to my body when I’m experiencing pain & asking how I can support it through these times. This seems to help 🌟❤️
Yes! Tooth pain and joint pain.
I always say “i’m healing” no mater what’s wrong with me. I was in an auto accident and in a motorcycle accident and died and came back .❤

I am having intense breathing issues since June. It came on very sudden. There are times I feel like I am dying because I cannot catch my breath at all. It is very scary. Breathing is one thing we really need.

Exhausted, yes! Very much so. And old injuries seem to be coming up again. I keep saying I’m healing, and thankful for it. It’s crazy sometimes tho.

I have been experiencing this as well. All allergies are coming up and clearing through. Not an easy experience but I’m so grateful for it.
I have been sleeping 12-14 hours. There is no waking up: I sleep right through 6 alarms

I am a very young 80 I have been a veg for 40 years. Like u no doctors. As u go thru like I have had z lot to handle which js karmic. It has shown me what i needed to learn from pain and problems buttt my gid and I have worked much of it out. Now as u say from solar rays much more have cone up. J too tell my body thanks. Jt has a lot to process. I need to be kind to it and stop being fanatical. Lessons to learn. Gid js in tge middle not in opposites. J have learned a lot with my body. Thanks fir all 😊❤

Great subject! No one is talking about this subject! I have been going from ONE AILMENT straight to ANOTHER. For years. One finishes then another begins. I’m quite spiritual so I believe it’s related to that. I wonder if it’s part of my soul contract but yes, incoming energies can affect it too. EVERYONE has something going on physically at this time…
I've been exactly the same as you for years but this year it's been one thing after another with only a gap of a day or two before the next thing kicks in.... Can't seem to catch a break...as a sensitive the energies have been relentless and constantly escalating in intensity... And we signed up for this!
So exhausted all this year, was sent to hospital last friday with heart attack symptoms, can never catch a break. Have you noticed the ever increasing pressure and stress in the workplace, for all of us «on the floor»? It’s crazy! Wish I could quite.
Thank you Lorie ,I appreciate very much that you don't monetize your channel and we can peacefully watch and follow what you are saying without annoying loud voices ads. I feel the same about so much info about future predictions and all that shit, I cut it out and I feel peaceful not knowing , only God knows and it depends on us moment to moment so the clearer our minds are of that junk of fearful suggestions and ideas the better possible future manifestations. The purpose of that bombardment is to keep people anxious and addicted to mental programming. I am so fed up and pissed off with every single annoying ad popping up in almost any video that I got skills in lowering the volume first and as soon as I see skip button I jump out of it. I don't let anybody program my mind with their shit 😄

Wow! I really needed to hear this today! Several times yesterday I felt like I might need to go to the hospital because I felt so ill. I stayed present in the process, hydrated well, grabbed some magnesium, and stayed present. 12 hours later I now feel so much better, clean, fresh, so I’m guessing that was a deep healing/cleansing! I’m glad to be on the other side of this episode, but aware there is more healing ahead, and the importance of staying present and not listening to my mind! ❤💫🙏

I'm a playwright whose work had been interrupted for a long time. I knew in my soul I'd come back to it, no problem. Once I had time again (2020), my mind wanted to, but soul and body said "no." I sat with that and discovered that I was angry with words, at large. I had been seeing and feeling their destructiveness, the lies and inauthenticity, the "spell"s being cast. I felt a love/hate for them. My best friends became my worst enemies. I saw them as the lowest form of art. I'm also/started out as an actress and that was largely about BLA, BLA, BLA too. I experienced anger at whoever/whatever had burdened me with the "lowest art form on earth" 😅 I also write for my fellow humans, fir the auduence. It's always been a gift to give to them, whether an opportunity to have an insight, to see things from the shoes and underwear of "others" as if they were "us", to offer a flash of inspiration, offer catharsis, open hearts, provoke laughter, plant a seed, ser a fire under some butts, or at the very least, entertain by a shift in setting, if not in entire realities. But now I didn't care to give "them" anything. Who was I gonna write for? I was pissed at humanity at large. I had nothin to say to them ... they seemed so far gone. . . How could I even rattle their cages when they didn't know they were in cages and they wanted to annihilate anyone who implied it? This is slowly passing. I feel something, some of the incubating seedlings about to sprout. I've selected a new laptop for purchase, started to clean out my desk and writing space. And I want to learn to play conga... I'm feeling a connection between the drum, not just rhythm, but the drum itself and words ...and that's where I stand... FOUR years later as I mourned my mama's death in this time, gently and have moved as a turtle every step of the way, doing as little as possible in the external, physical world. I have aged and gotten chubby. I have nothing tangible to "show" to anyone out there. But, I feel free if anxiety, safe in my body, not controlled by fear, nor motivated by it, and more confident and accepting than ever, largely because if YOU, and that wonderful day you popped into my feed and resonated with every single thing you said. Humanity and the planet would never be the same, I did have a tribe after all, and I was and am excited despite all the bludgeoning we've recieved. I knew fir a long time I am a system buster... but now the "show" of a lifetime was just gettin started.🙏 Thanks, Lorie!❤❤❤

I also felt compelled to write again started in 2016 which I’m so glad I did as my own info has been quite enlightening and helpful to look back on as I never returned to what I wrote at the time. no ads with the things I listen to and I’m not on prime. I listen to you because genuinely you are confirming for me as well. Interesting to know which shoulder it is mine is my right although it’s not frozen this time but I have a lot of nerve pain more electrically charged I feel. My pjs full of static sometimes would confirm that ha ha also letting go of trying to control everything in my life and going with the flow is my biggest lesson atm😅❤

just listening to you talk about doing another fast and you're already making it hard for yourself by saying how hard it is for your body to do this. Your body probably finds it easy but it's your mind (or ego)thats telling you your metabolism is too high and therefore it will be hard for you to fast. The mind is pretty powerful during a fast, it makes or breaks it.

Hi Lorie, Regarding ads coming up in non-monetized youtube videos. I have to pay youtube around $15.00/month to keep the ads blocked. I mostly watch home building, off-grid folks, you. I just started having to pay last year. Synchronistically, I just started my fast from alcohol and the news July 5th. So interesting what to do with the time now. I watch you more.... ya ay and I'm studying spanish, doing watercolors. etc. It has been eye opening - I'm claiming back my own good attention, focus and mind. Hello, good morning on Wednesday. Missed the opening. I am living in Ohio. How am I feeling, some confusion, exhausted, and I really don't do too much to be. But every time I come to Lori's channel I am comforted because there are others who feel as I do. I'm 66 and a very vibrant woman. I like doing for myself and not being able to bring much frustration . I am feeling confused as to what I should be doing to make things right, I guess, so I don't feel this way? I bring doubts as well, what is that?😢 I am such a happy person, And I am a woman who lives below in poverty. With exceptance. I made many bad judgments as a young woman trusting others and now paying the price.. but ha! This could be my life path. So. Recognise the body cleansing. Have had days of water and tea and just minor portions of food that was even difficult to get in. Followed by 2,5 plates of pasta in 1 go a few days later.

So funny about listening, when I was in 4th grade we had standardized testing for whatever reason, I scored above average in every section except Listening, where I scored a 9 (out of 100). I experience electrical impulses through the centre of my left sole ,right up my leg . Ahh , it has me kicking and kicking through the night and so I am unable to sleep when the electricity strikes .Sometimes my left palm behaves in the same way .Sometimes its my right leg , although this is rare .

Regarding ads coming up I use Firefox as my browser and all ads are not shown at all. Don't monetize. It'll be one more hold on you for them to control you.

I’m lost my entire health in tragic wsy bc I followed trauma vs fear. I lost everything everything and I was SO healthy but I lost everything 😮 I don’t know if I can recover and ever care for myself and I don’t know who will care for me bc it’s so expensive
