How good a trumpet is compared to other trumpets is one thing. The concept of "value", however, is something else. This trumpet costs almost nothing and plays fairly well. So, it is a very good value. Assuming the valves work reasonably well, it is probably an excellent choice for a beginning student who, if they choose to progress on the trumpet, can consider a better one later. Frankly, I don't know how anybody can sell instruments for this low of a price. I couldn't sell just the empty case for that and make money. Perhaps not even just an empty cardboard box.

Definitely has value because of the price and how much a beginner can progress with it
