Great drill. I get lazy on reps and ROM increases, but after going through my training clips it's because I lose positioning from that belly to bar.
This is great for the warm up for reinforcement!
Hi Ben, do you have tips for taller lifters or those with longer limbs? 6'6 240lbs and bench is not my strong suit.
