I do feel that I need to get in contact with my guardian angel a lot. I always felt that this world weren't met for me to live long in. I did always have a problem with being passive, specially when I were growing up, and my passivity was more worse in my school days. I believe the passivity is genetic effecting me. And I always have a hard time letting go the pass and forgiving people that crossed me the wrong way and forgiving myself for being passive.

I really enjoyed listening to you I have a guardian angel 😇 my brother Paul saved me and it was the last time I seen him he saved my life he passed away tragically but I seen him he was stood in the light but there was a bridge and he said my I was not ready to go on bridge and told me to turn when I turned he was gone and I woke up h it took me a long time to get through what happened to me n my brother Paul is always around but I started seeing more of him only seem to be when I have medical conditions and he is showing up more now and it's is worrying me I want to stay I'm not l for the bridge yet but Paul is always around me now and he is always talking to me and I love him I've said I want to stay and watch my grandchildren grow up Paul didn't have wings but he always glows he is has all his blonde curly hair really bright blue eyes he was 21 and he says my baby girl is looking out for you 💖 she passed away born silent but now she has flowing hair she seems to be a toddler now she is always playing I'm so happy she is happy 😊her name was Charlie

Hey there, I personally like to say it softly, but yet strong enough that my voice and requests would vibrates through my body. To my awareness, Archangels, especially Michael like to be called upon verbally. Hope this helps. :)
In my experience both internally or externally will work. If I'm in a busy place I almost always invoke the angels quietly in my mind... Try both and see which you prefer!

Observant angel, not a guardian angel. They watch. They don't intervene at all, spiritually or physically. They do not guide. They view, observe, for reasons I don't know. To think that they are "protective" or "interventional" is a misnomer. They do not intervene. They observe and do nothing other than that.
