If we look at permits, starts, and completed units, can't we estimate when the construction employement will start to be under pressure?

      1. Apartment workers will be at greater risk in 2025 compared to single-family home workers due to the turnover rate associated with completed units. 🏢 This trend is evident in the articles I write, where you can observe the turnover in completed units.
      2. A significant portion of residential workers is involved in remodeling projects. 🔨 You can find more information on this in the earnings calls from Home Depot or Lowe's.
      3. Single-family residential construction workers experienced a workforce adjustment in 2022, but their permit numbers are still relatively stable. 📉 However, it's important to focus on the South, as Texas and Florida are likely to be the primary areas impacted by any potential employment layoffs. 🌴
