The big problem with JE is the orders are never ready. Their timings are badly off. Sometimes the orders do not even get sent through to the restaurant until you are in the car park and press "I've Arrived". There have been a few times where I have arrived before the orders have been sent through. I can't remember the last time I walked straight in to find my JE order ready for me to collect, where I often have to wait 10-15 minutes or more, while the UE and Roo drivers come in where their order is ready waiting for them. There have even been times where an UE driver has collected an order, delivered it and come back to get another one while I am waiting for my JE order still. I had a double the other day with two restaurants opposite each other in a town center, and the second pick up told me they got the order just before I walked in the door to collect it. I understand they want customers to have hot food (less complaints of cold food), and mutli-appers could be one of the reasons they don't sent orders through sooner, but the timings are really, really badly off, which means while you earn more on JE, you really end up earning the same as you would on UE, but with less orders.
I find this sometimes aswell... However not as much as it used too... I think it varies from restaurant to restaurant... As when I was at pizza express and ask Italian we had no problems.... However, when I worked at zizzi the rider would always turn up before the order come through
I would like to see one app with the fees of Just Eat, the statistics and technology of Uber and the variety and availability of orders of Deliveroo and the rider support of Deliveroo

Cottoned on to the double pick up , double drop off tactic. A massive no no. Also JE fees for when they try and offer you an additional order is insulting .

Yeah exactly 9/10 if I fancy just one of the pick ups I contact them and tell them to remove the other
