Oh my! This reminds me. I went to visit a country. I was walking around and all of a sudden a boy (almost 10 years old) came to me and asked for some money. I said what will you do with that money? He said he needs to buy lunch. I took the boy and bought him a nice (fish and chips). I was told by some locals that some grown-ups setup some kids to beg for money and the grown-ups would be hiding and watching. But in your case, this boy is selling some roses and that shows that he is not asking you for free money. You and I have very similar feelings for the not haves. God bless you.
