Good question, it is a Stewart Warner Pedestal tachometer. These tachs were placed all about in these cars by Yanko, Nikki, Baldwin, motion, etc. most were mounted to the dash as mine is but in some instances, they did use a strap and mount to the column
I believe Bill Thomas only did the headers in 67, in 68 Kustom I believe got the contract from Chevy. I believe the flange at the collector is the big difference. The few known sets of 68's have a round 4 bolt flange vs the typical 3 bolt triangle.
@@puddymod Awesome. Thank you! I've been listening to some other videos of 69 camaros with the factory chambered 2.25 with 2 inch tailpipes. To me it seems that going with the 2.50 chambered system gives it a lower tone and cuts down that high piched raspiness that I don't really care for on the factory systems.
@@johnnyjonesAFX stay tuned as we will be adding headers and doing other improvements to better the fit and flow :D these seem to be well engineered chambered mufflers that sound great
Welcome to the machine
Okay, my mind is made up, chambered exhaust is going on my 69 chevelle. Beautiful Camaro, really enjoyed this video.
Thank you 😊 it is pretty cool sounding
Phenomenal!!
Let me preface - nice Camaro. Hmm, Why is the tach not on the steering column?

Easily my favorite camaro in existence
Thank you :)
Thank you
How high is the compression? Huge cam and rocker ratio ?
It is a 10.5:1 compression cam is under a 500 lift rocker ratio is a 1.6 :)
Sounds great! 👍

Spot on, that is correct I would like the 67 Bill Thomas set over the 68/69 Kustom set :)
WOW!!! Sounds Great!!
Thank you :)
Ripping on 41
Yes :D
Where did you buy your chambered exhaust system? I'm looking to add a chambered system on my 67 Camaro SS 350. I love the way yours sounds!
It is Highflow exhaust let Ryan know you heard it on my car ;)
