2:44 Omega literally looks like she's about to break down crying. So we saw in Episode 14 that Omega was going to jump after Hunter, even though the fall would have killed her. In Episode 16, we see Hunter literally about to dive into the water to rescue Omega, even though he would have drowned trying.

3:43 to be fair, when he said "aim for the kid," he still had his chip in. He gets his chip removed directly after that episode because of the head trauma he suffered from the engine explosion, which is why he acts different on Ryloth and behind trying to find the Bad Batch on his own and not hurt them. He just want them back, back to how things used to be.
I’d argue there’s a few moments missed. That bit where Omega’s more or less begging Hunter to have the squad save him, and that little nod they have when Hunter decides to bring Crosshair with them.
Yeah I saw the user and thought "huh, that looks familiar." Do not for the life of me know what compelled me to comment that, sorry if that freaked you out 😅
I know I'm late to this but I'm pretty sure I read a comment on another video that said Crosshair choosing to protect Omega at the end was because he no longer had the chip. When he said "aim for the kid," he was still under control, but now it's gone so he has a little more sympathy for her

His chip may not have been at 100% then, but probably influenced him to do whatever necessary. But after, when the chip is damaged or destroyed or removed.. He's a tiny bit more caring.

I will continue the series almost entirely because people have been loving it so much. It is likely that they will be shorter in length than these, but yes; I am planning on still making these for Season 2. I already took mental notes for episodes 1 and 2. 😆
I know I am looking forward to season 2! 😁 I do plan on continuing this series for season 2 if I can get past the "too busy" aspect that made Part4 come out so late haha
