like Arakune but the spam is pure RNG and your normals are even worse. Definitely a good comparison though.
It's more equatable to Faust from Guilty Gear. Random ass outcomes, weird normals, funny ass specials.

Neco Arc is so hard to win against a player but really fun and satisfying if you do get the W still would have been nice if her normals had a little bit more reach or at least given us some keep out tools.
