As a behavioural therapist, surely she should've known a red flag when she saw one....
You would think, but she is fairly young and probably naive. Not to mention, there is a prominent bias when it comes to therapists analyzing their own lives. It's 'clearer' when it's an objective party.
A lot of these girls are pushed to be overachieving… but still maintain old cultural misogynistic ideas about men since men are the prize no matter what.
The therapists are being known to disregard Red flags 🚩 😂

Not everyone can maintain eye contact due to a variety of reasons. Autism, ADHD are two of them. Also cultural reasons. In many cultures around the world, meeting somebody's eyes or looking at someone directly in the eyes/face is seen as a slight and huge disrespect.

The plaintiff could have easily pulled up proof of her credit card payments on her phone through an app. Most people who have credit or even debit cards use online banking now. Every bank and credit card distributors have apps, so the fact she didn't even try to use her phone makes me think she either didn't pay it off or her gears aren't turning very well upstairs.
They don't allow phones in the courtroom. AND... not all people access their sensitive records on phones. It's just too goddamn dangerous - and susceptible to identity theft.

I've seen plenty of litigants on tv court shows pull out their phones to show evidence.
ANYONE who uses credit cards and pays for everything with their phones etc , are a few chocolates short of a box !!!! The sheeple don’t have enough commonsense to realise that : they are part of the reason we are headed for a cashless society !!! People are deceived as to what’s coming upon our world. I get sketchy vibe from plaintiff rather than defendant. Defendant acknowledges that he took the money, but the plaintiff didn't even bother to bring the records first, she had Judge Judy tell her to get those or it's dismissed, smh. Do people even think these days anymore lmao

@@mochs62512 I think for proof where you can call and have it faxed, doesn't waste court time whereas if you have to go home for receipts that you may never have had in the first place is a no. It probably would take her less than an hour to get, there is the difference.

It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. This isn't the only time I've seen her do this.
Because she really doesn’t like the defendant and she believes everything the plaintiff’s saying. That is the only other time you will ever see her do it is when she doesn’t like the defendant at all or if she doesn’t like the plaintiff at all

I'm confused why JJ was so concerned about her credit card payment. Like even if her CC has a balance, she still paid for the trip as far as the insurance and travel agent are concerned. That seemed like JJ was trying to catch the plaintiff in fraud but there was nothing nefarious going on.
