I would open it all up make kitchen and dining and where the dining is would be the tv room and one big bedroom with bathroom Put stairs in side for second floor ,put terrace on top for outside stairs

The price is fair value given the location, if you compare it to properties to the east then it looks a little expensive compare it to properties to the west it looks cheap, take your pick. When we got our license it required training and exams it is easier now, come work for us we will train you.

Florida is getting to expensive but we need to find a place to surf and swim around 30 minutes or less away. 🤔
Looking at d7 possible to rent for up to a year while renovating a village house that is urban has a habitat license while also getting a farm plot to submit alternative use project 2-5 hectares
Really like that old brewery manor house for 110k but still not familiar with the different regions. And how far from the coastline. Be it Algave or Silver coast.
