Hi Dave. Very informative, thanks! Any thoughts on Trinsic V300? Particularly casement windows and large sliding doors. We’re doing new construction in OR high desert region (probably similar to your UT climate). Also I’m hearing Milgard product still great but service has declined… should we be concerned?
I’m looking for windows that are black on both exterior and interior. My local dealer seemed to think that was not offered in the Tuscany line. He said I would need to go with Trinsic. Is that really the case? I like the chunkier look of the Tuscany frame.
That is correct, black interior & exterior is only offered in the Trinsic series or the Milgard Ultra fiberglass series. Tuscany only offers painted exteriors.
No one in my building can get our new screens out. I watched this video, tried it, and barely got it to gap at the center, not budging holding as he did. Are there tricks to loosening the new ones so we can remove them?
I have watched your Millard Tuscany window videos and we have purchased the Tuscany package for our new home. A big thank you from Washington state.
Excellent demo, nicely done.
What a great demo and training! Thank you.
Nice!!! If you did installations in Oregon, we'd hire you just based on these excellent demos!

We install a large amount of Trinsic windows and sliding doors here in Utah and customers lover them.
I am looking at installing my Milgard Tuscany windows myself. I wonder if the warranty still works in this case.

Is there a way to adjust the lock if it gets out of alignment and thus does not fully lock
Great stuff!

On my Tuscany that lock will not delatch and the window will not slide open (sideways) Any suggestions?
You should call for service you have a lifetime warranty on that lock. There is an adjustment in there, but it might need a new spring in there.
