It's always interesting to see NYC streets closed to traffic. Open Streets is a good example of what the city could do by pedestrianizing certain stretches of avenues (like Fifth and Park Avenue).... Would be interesting to see New York have more European style pedestrian malls in the future (and it would free up some sidewalk space too)

Glad that AK has made progress without either dear old dad or the NY Walking Show assisting . Once you start walking you will have to build your endurance , then you can do another one of walking vids on Broadway from end to end in Manhattan like in 2020 .
It was built smooth looking but left a bit curb for the mind to not take notice. Dangerous. Roads without cars are like nice piazza. A beautiful day and friendly people. Your recovery is on the way. No rush.

Hey, thanks for the update on your foot. Seems very similar to what I went through in 2015, as I had to wait almost 9 weeks for mine to heal completely. Definitely wasn't fun to go through. X_x;
I’m guessing he’s getting close to the time he can. It will probably take a short while for him to get used to using that leg again but I’m sure he will do ok with it. :)
