Working fast, I see. I'd expect nothing less - the faster this game gets reverse-engineered, the faster modders can fix it up a bit, and just by looking at the models, you can tell there's stuff to fix!

Because the people they modeled the characters after have huge heads in real life lmao. I know it is not their fault being born that way, but I agree it looks strange.. The only ones that can answer why those specific actors were chosen is the polish dev team and director Akira Yamaoka.
@@rodolfonunez666 They changed so much stuff it doesn't even look SH2 anymore and the fact the game is longer cause they added new things to the combat system is sad. In general, Silent Hill isn't focused on fighting, it doesn't need new fighting system or that kind of stuff. It looks a lot like Resident Evil

In theory yes but I think you need to transfer the original skeleton and bone weights to the mod.

Try using UE 5.1
The latest Fmodel version should work and you are going to need a .usmap of SH2R for the Mappings file
