Even I had the same problem. I moved the game from SSD to HDD and the problem was solved

I also found the same problem when I started the game. But as you progress through the game, the problem is automatically resolved

I believe the textures not loading is a downfall to this card. People have argued because it has 6gb of ram where ideally you need 8gb. I just play lowest settings and it's fine.
