You seem like a very detailed ADHD person. My brain has a mind of it's own.😂 Just wanted to mention this if there are certain things feel unachievable to some other ADHD people. You have a lot of really strong executive function skills when it comes to list making and prioritizing things. Just In case some others felt there was something wrong with them if some of the tips didn't apply. We all have different skills/ mental energy. There are some great tips and apps mentioned here. Lots of different areas covered. Tips for others would be try a couple things. A great place to start I think is the brain dump or the visual timer. Really loved the TIPA about sounds and noise cancelling headphones or pairing tasks with a podcast. Don't be afraid to try things but also be honest in with your self about what is working and what isn't. And be kind to your self when you need to take a different approach or change things up. 😊
