That came up in a conversation with my grandparents the other day! We talked about how my dad had to take a bunch of shots all time and then they moved to Texas and he was fine!
Different things, usually related to my goals! One I’m using for some video prep. Another one is for making a list of some binge-eating triggers as part of my health goals. A lot of people use them for weekly reflection, but I do that in my head while I’m working on the next week’s actions so I don’t really need them for that purpose.

Do your dot markers bleed through?
No, but they shadow just a bit if I hold it down to long. I’m getting used to them though so hopefully that won’t happen too often.
