Thank you for your review!! 4:47 You were saying the 2023 has a slight more pop.
I currently have 3 copies of the 95 2021, but was very curious about the advantages of the 2023 version. How significant would you say is the new power output compared to the previous gen? Is it enough of a power difference to warrant a switch?
I’d say very little difference. If more pop is what you’re looking for, I’d suggest experimenting with weight on your current sticks. Biggest difference is feel, definitely not a big difference in power between the two imo. Thanks for watching!
Hi. Do you have the 2 piece stringing instructions for the new Yonex Core 95?
You can check the Tennis Warehouse listing for the racquet for specifics, but for two piece this is a 16x20 pattern and you should skip 7T, 9T, 8H on the mains, no shared holes.
How's the launch angle on the 95? And how is its manouverability, is it easier to swing?
Compared to previous generations? I’d say on par with the 2021, maybe a tiny bit higher. Maneuverability is similar, too, although it wasn’t an apples to apples comparison as I had the older versions weighted up.
@@Shankar-Bhaskar I haven’t played much with the recent version, but the previous version of the VCP97 was too flexible and low powered for me. The launch angle on the VC95 is a little higher and it is significantly easier to swing than the VCP97.

Thanks for your reply, I am planning to switch to the VCORE 95 from my current VCore Pro 97, I too find it a little too flexible and underpowered, maybe because of the 60 RA
So what racket did you go with?
Too busy playing to edit the video - stay tuned! Hint: not a Yonex or Babolat frame.
Yeah its way better
Did you try the 98? It’s a bit crisper than the 95.
Yep! Check out my other video on the 98 for my thoughts. Agree that it’s definitely crisper.
As a one handed backhand player as well, how would you compare the Gravity Pro to the Pro Staff V14?
Haven’t hit with the v14, but the v13 was quicker but less stable and less powerful compared to the Gravity Pro. Feel more muted with the GP, and spin was similar. Sweetspot much bigger with the GP but the GP is harder to use over longer periods.
