Whittaker just needs to do good takedown defense. Khamzat's cardio is horrible, can't use his reach/height advantage, and probably won't be able to overpower Rob the way he did against natural welterweights

It works pretty well, but he should vary the target for the kick more often. It drove me mad watching Adesanya lean back and dodge the kick every time, and Rob didn't adjust and start throwing it to the leg or body which were both still in range. I like the 1-2 low kick so much that I accidentally threw it in boxing sparring one day on reflex. I pulled it, but the guy was like: \_🤨_/.😂
