Ingredients
1- Corn Oil 75 Grams
2- Butter Room Temperature 75 Grams
3- Castor Sugar 130 Grams
4- Brown Sugar 80 Grams
5- Whole Eggs 3 Numbers
6- All Purpose Flour 200 Grams
7- Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon
8- Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon
9- Cinnamon Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
10- Grated Carrot 3 Numbers
11- Walnuts Chopped 1/2 Cup
12- Cashew Nut 1/2 Cup
To Grease the Mould you need the following
1- Enrico's Ghee 1 Tablespoon
2- All Purpose Flours to dust the Pan 50 Grams
