So sorry your anxiety has been playing up. It’s so hard sometimes, isn’t it? Hang in there & reach out for help if needed. I’m currently signed off from work for 2 weeks due to my own mental health, so your vlogs are providing some much needed comfort & company 😊here’s to better times ahead (inc a lovely new flat!)

I was in London a few weeks ago and was hoping to run into you. Sounds silly, but it is true. When I get anxiety I put my hands over my heart. It helps. ❤. Your videos are so funny and you make me feel better.

Sorry if you've previously covered it (I'm fairly new), but have you looked at the possibility of perimenopause for your anxiety symptoms? I didn't realize until much later, that I had begun perimeno in my mid 30s. Over a decade later, I wish I knew what I know, now. Hormone replacement therapy has done wonders for many women who suffer from the debilitating effects of this, and menopause. Science and healthcare providers are still pretty clueless, but more women are advocating for treatment and open discussion of this VERY prevalent issue. Always enjoy your transparency and insight.

I think when London starts feeling too hard and you're not enjoying life here, it's time to go, so many of my friends have left in the last 5 years and they're flourishing in their new locations. Hopefully you'll find a new base soon!
