My mother suffers from Bronchiectasis. When we measure her blood oxygen saturation on a oximeter it is frequently below the recommended 90%. Her medical consultant has not prescribed an oxygen system but has provided a nebulizer for inhaling antibiotics. Sometimes she has to be brought to a hospital in an ambulance where all they do is put her on one of these machines. Should we buy one of these machines for her, money being no obstacle for us?
Oxygen should be prescribed by a physician. I have rented machines to people who needed it for the corona virus. I would not recommend going out and buying one.
@@DependableOxygenCompany i am from India and public healthcare system is not the best one here and also considering the population density here even private ones are pushed to the limits. In case there is no availability of Hospital space in future, could this machine be of any help in case the doctor could only advise and unable to give hospital space/bed? I just considered buying it for emergency purpose, the last resort thing in even of life and death. Thank you.
Naveen Kumar Mavi yes this could be used at home to treat low oxygen. We use them in the home to provide oxygen to patients here in the United States. If you could get one for an emergency it would work. I would however recommend you use under the advice of a doctor. Also get an oximeter to check oxygen levels. If there below 90 use the oxygen.
@@DependableOxygenCompany first of all really thank you for your prompt replies. And sorry to not mention about the order of Oximeter along with the machine. I ordered the oximeter as well. Thanks again....

Is it ok to use the concentrator with a transformer that converts voltage? (If someone has a 110v rated concentrator and want to use in a country with 220v rating)
My red alarm keeps going off and I didn’t know what to do, unfortunately when I got my machine the direction weren’t that great. I took the filter out and cleaned it from all the dust inside it let it dry put it back in but the red light is still coming on would you know why?
The red light comes on when there is an issue with the machine. You should take it to a dealer. It will come on if the flow on the machine is low. Check for Kinks in the hose as it it backflow and alarm. Also check the power. If these don’t work take it to a dealer.
hi, thanks for the video. Can we use this machine as an alternative to ventilator while treating phenomena caused by Covid-19 ? especially we there are no more beds/ventilators available in hospitals ?
Darshan P thanks for the question. This machine makes oxygen. It can be used at home to provide oxygen for those is need if there oxygen levels are low. It will not however replace a ventilator. A ventilator uses pressure to inflate the lungs. Stay safe. (Also note Oxygen is to used under the order of a physician)
Thank you! I’m setting one up for my mom tonight and this video put me at ease
Hi I have on of these and I have oxygen machine and hypertension and lung disease and Lernen disabilities

Where is the 2 on top of the line or in the middle of the line? We have a problem trying to figure the proper setting.
I alway just tell people put the ball just above the bottom line of the desired flow.
Why does no one show how to set up humidifier?
Sir do you have store / outlet ....branch here in philippines ?
No
How to identify whether the machine is not used? If we buy a new one.
Check the hour meter on the machine.
Why would mine have a note saying it can “have a yellow light up to 15 minutes as the oxygen purity builds up”?
Than you.
Without humidifier, how many hours does it provide oxygen?? Does it need anything to change?
I have a device like it that works but every two minutes the red light turns on and beeps what is the problem please??
It is not working properly and needs repair. Find a dealer near you.

Is it advisable to buy it in the times of coronavirus as the medical infrastructure is stressed?

I dont know about using it in another country. I apologize. In theory yes you need 110 V if you have a converter it would work fine.
In how many days or months we should replace the air filter concentrator box?
I replace them every 2 years or 4,000 hours.
@UCtXspJ43eoEkrfHeFo6Yotg no we cannot ship out of the United States. Find a local distributor in you’re area.
