This is a great video and a great model by Román Díaz, but it is not one of the models in his book, Origami Chess Cats vs. Dogs. Dog models covered in that book are Dachshund, Chow Chow, Whippet, Beagle, Weimaraner, and German Shepard.

It's just done with Imovie

Is it possible to fold with 15x15 cm paper?
If your paper is thin enough, you will be fine I think
