To me it sounds like a cross between King 810, Vildhjarta, Vola and Behold the Void, but none of those comparisons are a bad thing. I love them all individually so to have all that mixed up is all good with me.

I’m more and more liking the direction where modern core is heading. It’s maturing, evolving. I love the “distant scream” echoing effect, the thall, at least I prefer thall to djent, breaks are great addition. The production is the next level, even for smaller bands. The riffs and breakdowns are of course great, as they always were. It just now feels more organized, yet dynamic, than ever before.
Saw them opening for Animals As Leaders in Manchester the other day - the audience was first surprised, then at the end of the set gave the band the "standing ovation" they deserved.
