Today I’m sharing HONEST thoughts on popular perfumes I don’t like as well as Hyping the most disliked fragrances in my collection. I just want to remind everyone NOT TO BE OFFENDED in case I mention your favorite perfumes. These are my own PERSONAL experiences about these fragrances so please be gentle in the comments 😁 After all, perfumes are always SUBJECTIVE and these are just MY OPINIONS ✌🏼

I'm sad to hear piano Santal didn't work for you. It's one of my favorite perfumes. But our skin chemistry can be very different which is ok 😅 sad also to hear you are not into Sakura, was interested in trying it, but to be honest I don't know if I'll like it.. Usually herbal notes don't go well on my skin😮
It’s the cumin from PS that didn’t do it for me unfortunately.. I will still recommend you to try Sakura because it might work for you. DO NOT blind buy 😉 Thank you for watching 🙏
Velvet Tonka smells to me like an older man who doused himself in a hyper macerated men’s perfume. It’s soooo strong and super sweet, I can’t stand it.

I have recently discovered your channel and I love it! ❤️ I love Guidance, finally got to know it and I am obsessed but this price tag 😵 I'm really thinking to sell some of my bottles to get Amouage 🙈 I also love Rosendo Mateu No5, I think it is one of my best discoveries of the year. From the ones you don't like I really love Velvet Tonka and Piano Santal. Greetings from Poland ❤

Hi gorgeous! 🥰 Yes, I could see how others love Sakura. I resampled it recently and had the same reaction - weird sour florals. Meh. Santal 33 is iconic! I don't get dill pickles either - just amazingness! 🎉

I purchased samples of all of the ones you don't like and I have the exact same opinion. Looking at the notes, I thought I would love them but sadly they were all passes. Santal 33 is the fragrance that got me into the niche world also! I'm still on the fence with Guidance (initial scent is off to me, while the dry down is intriguing). I personally love Rosendo Mateu 7 over 5. I have not spent much time with Italica and have not tried the new Zara vanillas. Thanks for a great video and for the good content you put out.
Thank you for watching… Ahhh Glad to hear you are Team Santal 33 as well 😀 I have some viewers who started their love for niche perfumes with it.. Milky notes and spices are tricky for me. Ghost in the Shell was the worst on my skin. The drydown was really bad 🙈
And also, need to try Rosendo 7. I’ve heard lots of good stuff about it..

Italica was love at first sniff. Guidance was not really until I smelled the clothes I was wearing next day 😁
I love Supreme Vanilla although I get the ink note but it doesn’t bother me at all, I find it very unique

Blanche bete didn’t work for me either, unfortunately. All I got was sour milk/baby milk. I’m curious to try the Commodity Milk series, in search of a lactonic scent. Have you tried it?😊
Blanche Bete was too milky and overly sweet in me 🙈 I have Milk Expressive and Milk+ and I didn’t get sour milk effect. I love both of them.
I love SANTAL 33 and Guidance- but I also adore Velvet tonka 😅
Blanche bete was a meh for me.. I really want to try Piano SANTAL as I also think it will be up my street 😂
I used to hate italica and this year I got a full bottle 😂 surprised you're not put off the milk note😅

If you are ok with spices like cumin Piano Santal should be ok. I’m sad it didn’t work out for me. I really thought I would love after hearing praises from a lot of people…
I love Italica. It’s the smell of Christmas now for me.. Fortunately, it didn’t turn sour on me 😀
Milk notes tend to go sour on me as well. I was testing a decant of Italica for a few days and sadly it goes sour after a while. Sucks because I love the opening.
Whipped cream notes don’t go sour on me though, like This Is Her or Kayali Pistachio gelato
Yes whipped cream stays good on me too. So far Italica seems ok on me. Oh well I only have a decant 🙃
I like Velvet Tonka and it works in winter very well.
Yes it does! It’s one of the longest lasting fragrances of BDK aside from extraits..

There something bothering me in that fragrance. I noticed it the first time and and until now. I really tried to like that one FOMO 🙈
Hi Joanna! You're not crazy! I also don't get the hype on Blanche Bete and Piano Santal. To me BB smells simply like milk and toasted coconut - nice but not worth the steep price, and I have to be in the mood for it, which I am rarely! Piano Santal I was very disappointed at first whiff because I was also looking for an awesome sandalwood fragrance and got mostly milk, and something in the blend made me slightly nauseous! I thought maybe I didn't like lactonic fragrances, but then I own Commodity Milk and Ghost in the Shell, which was a love-at-first-sniff for me! Even if we have a lot in common, there are scents we don't agree on. For example, I love Sakura but can't stomach Italica, which I find overwhelmingly lactonic. And the only scent I like from Le Labo is Another 13, because I do get the pickle note in Santal 33. Just goes to show how subjective our noses are, but it's what makes each of us unique! I still thoroughly enjoyed watching this video and hearing your honest opinions. Keep the great content coming!
Hi Marie! Thank you for sharing this. It’s nice to hear different opinions. That’s what make me very keen in making my content. I’m always amazed how fragrances are perceived by each and everyone. To be honest I never knew Santal 33 was hated by many until I entered the fragrance community 😅
I own Blanche bete, Piano santal and love them) I also own Ghost in the shell, but it smells weird to me, so I think I’m going to sell it

Got a samle of Rosendu #5 for the second time and it’s been growing on me, because all I used to smell is a rubber scent before🤷🏻♀️

My daughter says Blanche Bete smells like dog food... 🙈 I can't agree. 😅 I like them, for me they are very sweet indeed, but a bit heavy (in a good way) and cosy.

I will never the first time i smelled this...i was on a British Airways flight from London to Washington and anytime this stewardess came close i was like wow. I had to ask her abd she just smiled and said Le Labo Santal 33. I loooove it.
I used it several times when I was a cabin supervisor and the amount of passengers chasing me made me stop wearing it onboard 🤣 so I can imagine your reaction. I don’t know why a lot of people hate it…

I dont like Blanche Bete, it almost smells a bit like urine to/on me. Piano Santal I like but it was a slow burner and it is on the boarder of being too much with the milk and the cumin. I have tried Ghost in the Shell but I dont really remember my thoughts on it... I also like This is Her.
Now I am very careful with lactonic fragrances with spices and molecular notes hard to pronounce 😂 Amongst the 3, Ghost in the shell is worst for me. Very weird as I love as well the most lactonic fragrance (This is Her)
@@jmercadobeauty I went looking for my Ghost in the Shell sample after watching the video - trying it again made me remember that it is very soapy on me which is something I really dont like in a perfume.
@@ADTHG yes… it starts soapy then it dries down to expired milk on me.. So weird!
I can’t smell La vie est belle, Alien and L’interdit… which are loved by so many people

Piano santal brought upon a VISCERAL reaction. stomach turner.. Bianco latte another 1 that turns sour on me... also Velvent tonka, i agree!!
We have same feeling for three! I’m not a fan of Bianco Latte as well 😣 You are the 3rd person I know who doesn’t like it..

Please someone tell me what’s the hype about sakura? It is the worse perfume and the worse purchase I ever had. I got fooled by the you tubers who hyped it. It smells nothing like a cherry blossom perfume. Just herbs and spice. Disgusting 🤢.
