if you really think about it, he didn't jump as early as possible, he waited till the exact moment Rise jumped, making it impossible for Rise to bail out of the play before Zen inevitably intercepts him

At 11:41 Zen makes two back to back incredible bumps for his team to score and for Alpha to retrieve the ball with no pressure. Absolutely perfect plays by Zen!

There's some moments where Zen hits the ball and the whole game like freezes. No one on either side expected the hit and zen has no more boost or something just floating there waiting for his wheels to touch. Like his name is apt.

1:05 You just don't do that, you're not supposed to follow the ball that goes away from you above your head, instead you rotate back or shadow defence it until a mate shows up from behind or you send it all the way back to your own corner.
You're not supposed to do that until you're such a madman that you find an out of the world technique to control the ball within a square inch and turn a defensive action into an offensive one with a 1sec move.
That is as innovative as the flip reset was back in 2017.
It's actually a really common thing to do when you're the last defender in GC/SSL level😅
In 3v3 you don't have time to send it to your own corner and the 2 mates can't help as they are rotating back, and shadowing would give the ennemy a lot of space to prepare a teamplay 1v3. So you actually have to challenge as early as possible

you on know what u talking bout, yes you can go for that ball but you'll end up with no boost and your two mates behind you, that's what happens in gc lobbies but this guy created an air dribble from nowhere and even bumped the defender that's insane and has. not even happened before@@fl_o_x
@@falzixhd6874 you're just saying words. this type of play is very common at high level and even happened in other matches this event, you just didn't recognize it because a goal didn't come directly afterwards.
