I too came to the event.. As usual U1 rocked the show. And we all enjoyed a lot.
As you said, yes, the event organizing team did a great job to conduct such a packed house event like this, and I too faced such an incident that I bought a Gold Seat Ticket, which they told we can shift to 'Fan Pit', though, I wanted to enjoy the show Seated, and during the inquiry they too told my seats are in front row. So when I arrived, I didn't get the front row, so I had to sit somewhere in the middle. So they can improve on this type of mistake. Other than that, the overall event was amazing.. 👌

What I heard was, the organizers had organized some other big events before with great success, this must be a one-off mistake they had made.. I hope they rectify this in their upcoming events. Wishing them the good luck..
I enjoyed the show pretty well, it all started to get the vibe when U1 came, and the last 30 mins was like magic.. Felt I was travelling in between galaxies.

I'm have also been to the event, but some info that you have mentioned are wrong
1. It has been mentioned in social media that what are the things not allowed in the show in organisers page ( They have mentioned outside food and beverages not allowed )
2. Only for VIP & VVIP seats numbers have been allocated , for GOLD it's free seating

No 1 : I want to clarify that this video is solely based on my personal experience. I apologize if the information I provided was already mentioned by the organizers in their social media page since we already followed their page and couldn’t find any details related to that. However, it was not just me and my friends who were unaware of this. Many people left their water bottles at the entrance as instructed by the security guards, indicating that they were also unaware 🙂.
No 2 : The organizers did not explicitly mention that the Gold seating was free. When I went to collect the tickets on 23rd and inquired about the seating numbers, the person who was at the ticket counter, informed me that if I had already booked via Bookmyshow when the event was scheduled to be held at Sugadathasa Stadium, my seats were already reserved in the front row. He assured me that the seat numbers would be mentioned on the chairs. However, we arrived at the event yesterday, we spoke to the volunteers from Sathis Jewelers who were also unaware of the free seating arrangements. They apologized for the confusion and arranged seats for us in the front row. Unfortunately, many people in the gold seating area were upset about this as they were not informed beforehand 😢
I want to emphasize that I did not intend to portray anything negative about the organizers in this video 🙂. Overall I enjoyed the event. Appreciate the information you provided. Cheers ❤
