32 mins you sequence poorly and waste 2 mana to deal 1 damage instead of cast think twice Not a fan of this sequencing You pay for it in nearly every turn for the rest of the game almost like you lost a turn in some spots
Yeah that was intentional. Not a misplay, I prefer playing the spirit and activating it and dealing damage as much as I can over playing think twice. So I disagree here and think it was just a better play overall. I value onboard presence and free card advantage over spending my cards. Every time I activate spirit that’s a free card which is almost like a free turn.
At 31:24 you cast sailor leaving 1 mana wasted, next turn you play wall leaving 1 mana wasted. Had you cast think twice instead of sailor, then wall plus sailor youre effectively a turn ahead (a card ahead) for the rest of the game. Go back and rewatch this exact spot. There is no way 1 damage is better than casting think twice here this cant even be argued its just a misplay.. it would have changed the course of this entire game. @@QuaggyQuail
Sure but I would rather have the 2 creatures online before casting think twice, I don’t need to cast think twice here because I have better plays. Look at how much damage and card draw that sailor produces in that game. Very happy to have played it when I did.
@@QuaggyQuail lmao.. if you play it correctly youre a card ahead the rest of the game, you hit land drops sooner and have better plays. The fact you cant see how 1 damage is less valuable than being a turn ahead is crazy. Youre a streamer.. if played correctly the sailor draws more cards not less Watch the game
1 hour you waste faebloom to get 2 lifelink damage in rather than tap a 5 power attacker (essentially gain 5) dont like this play youre way behind here
Yeah I think I played that pretty well. I didn’t waste faebloom trick. If I don’t cast faebloom trick there then I would be trading off my lifelink creature by blocking and I don’t want to do that. I needed to try and race otherwise I would fall behind.
1 hr 5 mins you reanimate barricade over spectral sailor. This play is the last straw, cant watch anymore. If i need to explain why this is a terrible play.. the sailor can give 1-2 card advantage per turn even if opponents has tons of burn the wall is still not as good as 1 to 2 cards a turn
And this is just not true. I think you are thinking about decisions in a vacuum and not with the context of the games that I am actually playing. I stand by my decision to get Barricade in this instance and in this game. Context matters, you could learn a thing or two by asking why I made all these decisions where you think I “misplayed” instead of saying they are bad/incorrect.
51 mins again bad sequencing how is faebloom trick still in your hand after so many great chances to cast and the bouncer leave up mana then think twice after drawing eagle all wrong lol these games were unlosable You even say "i think this is best use of my mana" spending 4 wasting 1 when you have faebloom + think twice none of this makes sense then just random barricade against 1 token when you need to pressure and have faebloom plus eagle its madness
Yup, I made decisions and won all these games. Sure other decisions could have been made but I don’t see a better reason to have used faebloom here.. so i would not consider this “bad sequencing”. And it is ok to leave mana on the table, spending every ounce of mana every turn does not guarantee you win games.

@@QuaggyQuail faeblpom trick is instant speed and taps a creature - precombat, they cant attack if played correctly
yes, I understand it is an instant speed trick. That doesn’t mean I played it “incorrectly”.
