This just cheered me up. Watching from a hospital bed, feeling like I’m on another planet. Had to be COVID-tested, and thankfully negative. I had an operation scheduled for January to repair a small tear in the MCL in my knee. Today, I fully ruptured the MCL ligament and it pulled off a piece of knee bone, and I couldn’t stand up on it at all. My surgeon is such a nice guy. He repaired the MCL and patella, and cleaned out the torn cartilage - all went well. He’s expecting me up on crutches tomorrow, then I can go home. I’m plastered - not the fun kind of plastered 🍷- up to my thigh. I’m on a lot of painkillers. Nadia, be careful with your knee because you’ll end up on the operating table too. Looking forward to 3 months on crutches 😅 Laughing at this video hurts, but it’s worth it 😂
Eeee what are you two like, you even had me nervous my heart was pounding at the end. Really looking forward to seeing it come together. You should never be embarrassed about your home, it’s beautiful and yes it can get a bit messy. However, it is a home filled with love and a kind hearted genuine salt of the earth family xx

Hey guys, Nadia I had that same prob with my knee and realised it was caused by me wearing certain types of footwear.... Make sure you have proper arch supports in your shoes and I can almost guarantee you won't have knee problems again or back and hip probs x
