their are few rules I've discovered from personal experience 1. talk less than you speak 2. while communicating don't show dependancy 3. the more you spend in others the more lightly they are going to take you 4. your absence is more stronger than your presence 5. I've shown alote of empathy, all i ended up with was being exhausted and hurted and they are good on their own. 6. don't be reluctant to response 7. prioritize yourself and show how much you mean for yourself with actions than words

so the key seems to have interest in other people's feeling and to show more empathy, caring about other people in their aspects of life, not only work-related stuff. and I think that's exactly my problem. I don't really have interest in other people. I don't care. Can't we just be profesional without the need to care or bond emotionally?
