I love all of my brothers and sisters. I want you to know that if you're struggling, I am too. We're trying our best. Remember that if your having trouble or stressed about something, it's a test from Allah swt. I myself am at the moment completely lost. Sometimes I feel like it isn't a test. I feel ashamed when I sin accidently and when I'm aware. I feel like I'm not doing okay. I'm stressing about my grades, future, etc. I've been trying to practice how to pray, since I can't read or speak Arabic. I have a Quran at home that is translated. So if anyone is struggling learning, please, go get a translated Quran in your language. Even if you say Subhanallah, Astaghfirullah, Allahu Akbar and more you get good deeds. Even if you listen everyday to Quran or recite Quran with the meaning translated you get good deeds. I felt like I had to express my emotions here since I've been really struggling and need some motivation. If anyone has tips for how to stop doing a sin, comment back. Assalamu aleikum sister, may Allah make things easy for you and open your doors. The first thing to realise is that the fact you're feeling guilty about your sins and are trying to change is a good sign as it shows you actually care. I would say is try to get into a habit of praying your salah as inshaAllah it'll help to stay away from sinning. Also try to learn more about Allah swt and His names, and the fact that He's given you so much to be grateful for, so that way the next time you approach the sin, it can help you stop by thinking, this isn't what a grateful slave of Allah would do. Whenever you do sin, and it's inevitable for all us, immediately seek forgiveness and follow it up with something good. Also, try and increase the saying of astaghfirullah frequently throughout the day. And if you can try and wake up in the last 3rd of the night and just pour you heart out to Allah as if you were talking to your best friend and ask Him to guide you and help you with all your issues. I reminder to myself firstly before anyone else. and Allah knows best. Hope that helps at all sister.

I love all of my brothers and sisters. I want you to know that if you're struggling, I am too. We're trying our best. Remember that if your having trouble or stressed about something, it's a test from Allah swt. I myself am at the moment completely lost. Sometimes I feel like it isn't a test. I feel ashamed when I sin accidently and when I'm aware. I feel like I'm not doing okay. I'm stressing about my grades, future, etc. I've been trying to practice how to pray, since I can't read or speak Arabic. I have a Quran at home that is translated. So if anyone is struggling learning, please, go get a translated Quran in your language. Even if you say Subhanallah, Astaghfirullah, Allahu Akbar and more you get good deeds. Even if you listen everyday to Quran or recite Quran with the meaning translated you get good deeds. I felt like I had to express my emotions here since I've been really struggling and need some motivation. If anyone has tips for how to stop doing a sin, comment back. I'm sorry if anything I wrote wasn't correct, I'm trying.

Assalamu aleikum sister, may Allah make things easy for you and open your doors.
The first thing to realise is that the fact you're feeling guilty about your sins and are trying to change is a good sign as it shows you actually care.
I would say is try to get into a habit of praying your salah as inshaAllah it'll help to stay away from sinning. Also try to learn more about Allah swt and His names, and the fact that He's given you so much to be grateful for, so that way the next time you approach the sin, it can help you stop by thinking, this isn't what a grateful slave of Allah would do.
Whenever you do sin, and it's inevitable for all us, immediately seek forgiveness and follow it up with something good. Also, try and increase the saying of astaghfirullah frequently throughout the day. And if you can try and wake up in the last 3rd of the night and just pour you heart out to Allah as if you were talking to your best friend and ask Him to guide you and help you with all your issues.
I reminder to myself firstly before anyone else. and Allah knows best. Hope that helps at all sister.
