  • Spring and fall is my favorite times to garden! its all really a gamble, but im willing to take the risk! Don't be discouraged if the first, second, or even third year you don't get a big harvest! This is all a learning experience and it really is about pinning down your weather and learning what plants can survive what temps. I hope maybe you learned something from this video or maybe got some entertainment out of it. I want to really live In a glass house for my viewers and show you everything I can, the good, the bad, and the ugly!
    Have a great week, y'all!

Great video! You're down to earth and I dig that- pun intended. I just started perennial herbs, and a few annuals like parsley, and cilantro today. Along with some flowers. Tomorrow I plan to tackle brassicas, onions, and maybe a few other things I have lying around. I have a high tunnel here in Oregon and am in hardiness zone 8b. I had ignored the greenhouse for the last 2 1/2 months and it felt really good to get everything cleaned up from last year and put my fingers into the soil again. Almost makes you feel like you woke up from hibernation or something. Seeing that this is the first video of yours I am seeing, I think I'll go on a deep dive now! Thanks for sharing your process with us! Cheers

I like what you did there 😉 you're a bit warmer than me! I am in zone 6a! Missouri. Gosh you're on it! Get those crops started! Doesn't it just make you feel so good and accomplished? It's crazy in just a few short months, we will be eating out of the garden again. I need to get my herbs started. I know they recommend waiting a bit longer, but for some reason they always take way longer for me to get going! I need a lot more Rosemary this year than I had last year! Thanks for commenting. It's so great meeting you! Keep me up updated on your seeds!!

Good video and info. I like your enthusiasm to get out into the garden, even though it may be a tad early! We’ve had negative temperatures here as well. Just getting ready to start seeds! Good luck! What garden zone/ state do you garden?

@@JustineMcGuire The same as you. plus I winter sowed Columbine, Echinacea, Lupine,, black eye Susan's and Shasta daisy's. They like a cold period. I just got a small little green house that fits on the corner of my porch. I am hoping to start some seeds in it soon. GOOD LUCK!! Will have to come back and check how yours are doing...
