There is a problem in the of one of the sections here regarding the grouping of chords and it portrays rythym wrong. Also you've got a chord in here that is incorrect

I think back in 1975 songs over 3.5 minutes could not get radio airplay. So C.A. had to cut out one full section of the song in order to record it. Richard Smith does the full song - and in the same manner as Chet. ROY

On all covers the tuning is clearly indicated at the beginning of the video. In this case you can read: "dropped D Tuning (DADGBE)"

It's the full song as arranged by John Knowles and played by Chet Atkins. But yes, the original song by Scott Joplin was much longer.
