To de-stress, I share memes in my Facebook account, listen to music that has relatable lyrics, shoothing music and speak to my 3 friends. Even if I am having the worst day of my life, these things bring me back from death. The most important thing I do is to read Duas and positive motivational quotes. I read them with a mindset that good things will happen to me In Sha Allah.

I typically binge read or write when I want to de-stress. Other times, it includes eating sweets (I'm trying to decrease that though for obvious reasons), watching educational content, and learning about a new topic.
Music is the fastest way to de-stress for me.
Btw, none of the 26 letters of the alphabet can express how much you've motivated me to pursue my dreams, also you've taught me to look at my dreams and visions with a 'I can do it!' perspective.
THANKYOU for existing , because you have no idea how much you have helped to make me and other students feel grateful for their existence.

I didn't play video games much when I was younger.
I stared playing them few months ago , but i felt i was addicting to it ,so stoped that.
Listening to music was my hobby / fav thing to do most of times . Sometimes it helped to heal my self . But i started over listening to them. ( now i feel , i loose the magic of music ).

I am a grade 8 student in Canada , and I will soon be transitioning to high school. I am capable of studying and focusing diligently, no matter the circumstances. However, I am unsure about the direction I should take to be accepted into Harvard's MD program. Could you please advise me on the steps I should follow? Specifically, I would like to know which clubs I should join, what courses I should focus on, and any other activities or preparations and research projects I should undertake to enhance my chances of acceptance.
I am cooked. 😢 I'm tow days away from my final 11th exam and i then i have only 2 months to prepare for all of that i didn't know about the ap and the ielts took me more time than expected now i am taking ielts in july sat in august and i will prepare for a some aps in the same time , i hope someone told me about all of this in grade 9 , in qatar (im not a qatari) highschool starts at grade 10 and i didn't start thinking about universities untill grade 11 , but im strong i can handle it, wish me luck guys, if i got accepted to any ivy school i will come back here and Tell u + i like to write or clean my room when im stressed ❤

not addressed to specific university when applying for undegrad. They are uploaded directly to the common app portal via counselor's own profile

this is the case with many international students. Now this may not be the answer you want but it is the opportunity you explain them the process. Explain them the relevance of filling out the counselor portal and LORs

To destress myself I used to go throw the news but noticed that fill my brain with unnecessary clutters, now I listen Nasheed (Islamic spiritual songs) , slowed version are preferable mostly for me, that's working fine for me now a days, especially when the meaning is understood.

So if I want to go there for 2nd year I have to fill for 2025 fall ?So then I have to sit for sat this year and apply in common app as a transfer student for the year 2025 for my 2nd year of college?

I'm a Brazilian 17 year old and I've decided to study International Relations in the US for fall 2025. I'm aware that the process is not going to be easy, since I'm not familiar with the American system and do not have the money to afford an elite level uni, which is what I desire and feel like I stand a chance.
I've been working for months to achieve this, but I have so many questions and it's so hard to find out everything on your own. Thank you so much for taking time out of your schedule to make these guides for us international students. You are the kind of person that gives hope to people who would've never been able to do this on their own.
Could you perhaps help me with my process? I just have some questions, like: I've never studied at a school with AP Classes, am I at a disadvantage? If yes, how can I compensate for this? Also, how do I apply for high prices scholarships? How can I prepare myself?

I won't say it's a complete disadvantage if you excel in your own school grades first. But in honesty, yes I do think AP makes a difference for top college admits
Mam please make a video on how to get predicted grades , can I get my predicted grades on the basis of my half yearly or preboards because I got 84.5% in 10th ICSE but in 11th I got 65% only , I will be able to score 90+ for sure in 12th do you think I will get fully funded scholarship , also I don't have my 9th marksheet as I changed my school in 11th to CBSE from ICSE.
