I know a little sign language so I'll break down whats going on. There isnt any sort of communication I can see from the child other than excited hand flapping and ocassanally reaching out to touch Mickey. *Hug* Me love you! (I love you) Hi! *Nod* *Attempt at a high five * *Blows kiss* *Kid touches hand* *Handshake* *Friendly shoulder touch* You food eat. (Are you eating food?) (Nod) (yea?) Bye bye! *Nod* *Friendly touch and a kiss on the head* Arms crossed at chest which is either the sigh for love or the classic "aww so cute!" Sign that we all do. Can't really tell what he intended to do there but I think it's the latter.
There are people that have disabilities or are born with them. It could also be from an illness, the little boy could possibly be deaf, after we won’t know for certain, the title isn’t misleading because it says Mickey talks to deaf boy, he obviously is doing sign language (although I can’t tell what they’re saying).
@@emirilyn btw just because he is using sign language to talk to the boy, doesn't mean the boy is deaf. While sign language was intended for deaf people, many other non verbal people use sign language. When I was working in daycare we taught our kids sign language so they could still communicate if they had delayed speech or just didnt feel like talking. I really think it should just be a standard for every child to learn sign language.
Whomever is under that costume deserves a raise. Are you listening, Disney HR Department?

well Nyasia Llano, your comment is lame but cute.
I doubt this boy is deaf. He is just a little boy. I bet this title is misleading to get views and likes.
