I never have eaten any Bamboo shoots, I've never heard of any one here in South Carolina eating any, I would like to but I've never been around any that's cooked, but there are many things I've never eaten, here where I live we're just simple folks that eat simple food . (beans-taters -cornbread and the like) I never had eaten shrimp until I went in the Military, now I can't seem to get enough of it. I noticed that the countryside is very beautiful. SON, you are a very beautiful young lady~USA
