Thank you, fellow soldier. I weep as I type this. Though you may never see this, there will be other soldiers who may. I served in the Army Reserves, from 1992 through 2007, left as a E5 SGT. The Motor pool was my home, and I was their motor sgt. I miss my troops. I hope I taught them well, and said the right things, and that they survived. I feel your sorrow, and devastation, for the ones we did lose, Chaplain. I hope you're well. Sleep well, fellow soldiers, seamen, marines, coast guardsmen, airmen. Rest well, those who have gone on, before us.
she did not mention that 'doughboy' refers to 'dough nut' pastries . when I was doing basic in the air force, I did not do well with rifle practice, we only did it once so it was not important but check my avatar, pic taken at the time of the shoot down of the U2 - luckly there was no ammo :)
