Had the exact "water leak" from the water pump you showed in video. My washer and dryer is 20+ years old and I was thinking just to buy a new SET. But your fix looked so easy. And the water pump was on Amazon for just $12.34 with fast delivery. And now it is fixed thanks to your video!!!
Very helpfully video I ordered the pump on Amazon for 12.88 for my Kenmore washer and replaced it in 15 minutes Unfortunately it wasn’t that , ended up being the Washer Tub Fill Nozzle Hose also an easy fix . This video showed me how to take it all apart and put it back together . Thank you . Check all your hoses once the washer is open.
Thank you for the video. Very easy process and inexpensive. Although mine was not the water pump leaking but the hose that feeds the tumbler. Thank you!I replaced the water pump also since I had the washer apart. And the washer is 16 yrs old.
Thank you for this. I'm gonna try to fix this Kenmore model 110 washer as it's leaking water from the front area of the washer machine so I'm thinking that it has the same problem. We've been renting the house for 10 years now and this is the first time it ever leaks water but my land-dorks always make excuses like they have alot of things on their mind to fix anything but don't having anything on their mine when they increase my rent by $200.00 a month per year. Do I gotta resort to kind hearted people like your self willing to help a stranger out with knowledge. Thank you so much 🙇♂️🙏 for your help. People like you help me keep my sanity over fixing things on my own Tab.
Great video! Thanks for posting! Our washer (the Kenmore version of this model) just started leaking. But it seems like the leak is coming from the back. This pump is in the front, could you tell me if there is another common leak for this washer that could create water leaking from the back? Thank you!!
I’ve seen many times where the big drain pipe in the wall behind the washer backs up and as the washer drains, water comes flying out of that tube onto the floor behind the washer.
Thank you for the video. Solved my exact problem except i'm getting a little bit of a leak from the inflow hose (from the washer to the pump) I've got the hose on as far as it will go and the clamp in the correct place.
Thank you for your video, saved me a ton of cash and this was truly an easy fix for a guy who is not good with tools. Thanks again and now my wife thinks I'm handy.... oh crap that means she's going to ask me to fix more crap... Great, thanks allot. 😆🤣

Thank YOU for posting! I had to watch it a few times to check back on how to get the clips off the top part of the washer. But I’m sure you just saved me ~$100. Now I just have to clean all that dog hair and soap scum off the plastic tub. You just helped an older woman feel more capable. 😊

Mine is 20 years old. Series 80 or 80 Series. Same fix? I found just a small amount of water directly in the center on the floor. Price of pump? Or get new pump because of age?
If the pump's ok, which other components are common leak points? Not trying to be difficult, just want to cover all the bases, so I don't have to take the washer apart multiple times :^)
My washer never leaked until I installed a new drive block. Not sure what happened to cause the washer to leak. I remember a rubber sleeve around under the drive block that kind of got stretched out a little. Any ideas?
My Kenmore 90 series top load washing machine is leaking under the bottom During the spin Cycle it is rough. Really shaking the washing machine. What's happening with this.
thanks, very helpful....especially removing the cabinet
So happy that it helped 😊

Any links for parts?
Can this cause a massive puddle under the washer? This is my issue currently so I’m not sure if it’s a pump. It’s all soapy water that comes out
Hi Patrick,
Can you lean the washer back against the wall at 45 degrees and look for wet spots?
@@QuickAndEasy5MinuteAppliance yeah it comes from right where the water pump is when the machine drains.
Thank you! New subscriber because of this video.
