Have you tried to take out the baseband? Because when BB is on the board, it will show you a 0.035 - 0.040 resistance to GND.
When BB is out, will show you ~0.37 resistance to GND.

Yes, we did. Many times. You can compare with the iphone 12 on the same line.

There is no one solution to fix it. It will need to be diagnosed to see what is broken.

Yeah, few days ago i got XS with shorted power rail and i remove baseband and short is gone. So dead phone.
But now i have XS no shorted baseband, but after swap rf board still error accepting baseband data, eeprom is readable so i assume BB_CPU is dead.
What do you think?

If it were a short, then the phone can be saved. In this case, I removed the baseband chip many times, and it always relieves the short.
