I've seen Sugizo live with x Japan in Utrecht a couple of weeks ago, and I was stunned. The way he stands on stage and plays with the audience is simply amazing. I hope to see him again live someday
There are two people with blatantly no taste or eye for talent. Sugizo is one of the most brilliant and astoundingly profound musicians out there. Just watching him perform live and his intense energy is something to marvel at on it's own. The man is a talent, plain and simple.
In the pantheon of guitar gods, Sugizo is right up there with Hendrix, Satriani, Beck, Clapton, Santana--all of them have skills, but it's the passion and soul for the music that makes them truly great. Origa's vocals are just heartbreakingly soulful and you can hear the prayers of hope in her voice as well as the horror of war. And who's that bass player? Those lines are fat and heavy and I'm loving them!
@EINxSOF I asked Sugizo to release the song, last year when I met him and he said that it might be part of the new album, he is planning... he wanted to release it this year, but I doubt, that he'll find the time.
If I recall correctly, last year he said in some interview that one of the reasons he was hesitant on joining X JAPAN at first (as support back then) was that the music was too heavy for him, it wasn't his style - but I digress, he does great at it! Hell, he does great at any style he plays... but yeah, as for joining a metal band I think X is as far as we're gonna get (plus he already has his hands full as it is ;;;^_^)
Sugizo's guitar picks have this inscription: Stop the War Pray The Music No More Nukes Play the Guitar Pretty cool to have on a pick. I actually have one of his guitar picks that I ended up catching when X Japan did their music videos in Hollywood. I have a video of them filming Jade on my channel if anyone wants to check it out.
Ofc hide is the greatest japanese guitarist of all time, but Sugizo has his own career too :) But if I had to choose seeing one of em live even if it's not possible anymore, I'd choose hide sama!
Actually hes got some feeling but I did say something stupid instead of Yngwie put Uli Jon Roth now thats the original and the list I gave you are of the most soulfull and technical guitarrist around.
The song is not only about Hiroshima and/or Nagasaki, but nuclear power in general and the disasters it has caused all along history. Remember there is also Chernobyl...
Guess you didn't read my post. For me it's not enough to be super-fast or technically brilliant. There's got to be heart and soul and passion in the music. It's got to MEAN something. Malmsteen lacks that. His music is just cold--not to mention he's an utter a**hole to his fans and I don't respect that. I did leave out Chris Oliva (of Savatage before he passed away). My bad. His playing was amazing and had so much feeling.

Such a freakin awesome performance. Sugizo still my hero till now.

Uli Jon Roth...now there's a name I haven't heard in a long time. I agree with you here.

Pretty cool to have on a pick. I actually have one of his guitar picks that I ended up catching when X Japan did their music videos in Hollywood. I have a video of them filming Jade on my channel if anyone wants to check it out.

Can someone tell me why this guy is so fuckin awesome?
@moemoe20092007 Yep, Greg Ellis
is that origa o.o
how have I not seen this
Is there a studio version of this, can anyone name the album i could find it, this is really beautiful sound
I assumed most people did know :3 Anyway, I think the song gets the point across regardless of the origin of its title
That's correct :) --- And just for the record, I did know all that, I just misread "aircraft" instead of "bomb" - so dumb of me, I know ( -__-)
Yea Vinnie out does Sugizo extremely but seriously I like Sugizo a lot hes pretty neet.
anyone got the mp3 version of this song?
@blingadingading It's an unreleased song, so far anyway
Send it to Americans.
@dotaass ya i do u want it
Be respectful in this channel, please

MrWombology who's hide.

I prefer to sugizo. More complex
Is this a concert-only song?

The song is not only about Hiroshima and/or Nagasaki, but nuclear power in general and the disasters it has caused all along history. Remember there is also Chernobyl...
