BTS has a song "The Truth Untold" which is based on a heartbreaking story and the fictional Smeraldo flowers as a man grew the flowers for the girl but never got to speak to her to tell her or share his feelings or anything (because he feels he is very ugly so he wears a mask) before she eventually died. Here, Jimin is putting a positive vibe on the smeraldo flowers by spreading joy spreading love in this song, this is so beautiful with references to the past (June 12 was BTS debut showcase) and a march towards the future! hope you can check out BTS "The Truth Untold" live performance, thank you!

Let’s go back to his album face. This album depicts a time of darkness in Jimins life. Face off is betrayal. Alone is his deep depression. Like crazy is him taking to alcohol to numb his pain. Set me free is him struggling with his demons to finally being free just to find out he is the only one who can set himself free. Jimin tells a story with his albums. Muse. Here jimin’s theme is the truth untold. Accepting oneself. As he says in this song . Let’s be honest. This album will tell the story of what inspires him and also his journey to love and finding oneself. Closer than this released in December was a song for the members and army. Thanking them for being there and how the inspire him and they are never far from his thoughts even though he is gone. This song is jimin showing fans he’s ok. Fun and happy. But the lyrics are an indication of what he’s saying. Don’t be afraid and be honest. I’m impressed because he chose to sing live. Locco too. There are specific references to the Beatles besides what he’s wearing. Also he thought about actually including sign language. Who does that? The set inspired by the album jacket of Sgt pepper from the Beatles. A fun summer song and a dance anyone can learn! Can’t wait for “who”. The next song to be released and the main track. It’s an ear worm song can’t get this stupid hook out of my head!!! Lol

✨BTS‘ Jimin revealed the full track list for his upcoming second solo album, MUSE. FACE album is still quite successful, still continually charting!. The seven-song LP due out on July 19 KST (July 18 in other time zones), according to a billboard article, will feature the intro song “Rebirth,” as well as “Interlude : Showtime,” the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” (featuring Loco), “Slow Dance” (featuring Sofia Carson), as well as “Be Mine,” “Who”, (single can now be purchased as presale aside from 2 versions MUSE album), and “Closer Than This” (which dropped in December.)
Jimin, 28, wrote six of the songs, according to a release, composed, also finally listed as one of the producers for most of his songs, (though shown in Jimin’s documentary his involvement in producing all his songs), which also noted that the announcement from BIGHIT Music featured a vintage feel via images of old-school cassette tapes representing each song, with an overarching theme of “love” connecting all the tracks.
The hip-hop/R&B-leaning focus song, “Who,” was produced by Grammy-nominated singer/producer Jon Bellion, along with Pete Nappi, Tenroc, Pdgogg and GHSTLOOP, with a vibe described as “intense bounce and guitar sound.” In addition, the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” draws inspiration from marching bands, “blending hip-hop elements with the big band sound characterized by a large-scale orchestra, creating an upbeat, lively rhythm and dynamic atmosphere thanks to an assist from South Korean rapper Loco.”
Other contributors to the album include Tommy Brown (Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber), as well as producers Pdogg, GHSTLOOP and EVAN, who also worked on Jimin’s first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Jimin’s official solo debut came with the 2018 single “Promise.” Five years later, he became the first South Korean soloist to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Like Crazy,” followed by FACE‘s “Set Me Free, Pt. 2” reaching No. 30 on the chart.
Jimin is still in the midst of his 18-month mandatory South Korean military service, which he began in December; bandmate Jin recently became the first member of BTS to finish his military service.🙏👍❤🔥🔥🐥😍💥🌟💫✨

❣️Jimin’s “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band”, is basically an ever so uplifting, filled with joy & happiness, love song, mainly for army who he references numerous times, like when mentioning “it started on June 12”. Which was the actual debut of BTS where they met army for fist time during a performance showcase. BTS official debut performance was next day on June 13. Also in the dance, the choreography, especially the one that’s made as a dance challenge on tiktok Jimin is even doing the hand signs, sign language while dancing. 👍🙏🥰☺️
The song also is in reference to the Beatles album Sgt Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band, which Jimin used as inspiration, even singing lyrics “I want to hold your hand”! An excellent clue already happened in the vid: “A Day with Jimin in NYC by vogue, (perhaps you might want to watch it), which was basically a behind the scene, filmed during the time Jimin debuted “Like Crazy” on Jimmy Fallon show last yr. same day his album FACE dropped. It showed Jimin, before going to a dance practice, rehearsing Like Crazy for Fallon tonight show, going to a record store, along with producer Pdogg who not only worked along side of Jimin throughout both albums FACE & MUSE, where Jimin pulled out that very record by the Beatles Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club album, even holding it up. It seemed sort of unexpected? Now I wonder if it was planted there? Who knew at the time that it was a reference, a hint for telling just how much of an influence it had toward creating this song & MV. 👍🙏❤️🔥🔥😍💫✨

❣️The “backup band” consists of legendary, genius producer Pdogg, who worked with BTS since beginning not only as producer but songwriter, creating & or being involved in so many of BTS songs! Also producers GHSTLOOP and EVAN, all 3 who also worked alongside with Jimin for his first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, as well as for MUSE his 2nd album that will be released July 19 KST, but July 18 in other time zones. During the documentary for FACE, there was even a fun quiz segment where all 4, including Jimin who also wrote lyrics to most all songs, as well as composed, & involved with producing as well, named themselves Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, which at the time no one had any idea, no clue, other then it was just for fun! 🙏😅🤣😍

Smeraldo is a mythical flower in TRUTH UNTOLD. This was much needed by ARMY who have been through a difficult 18 months. BTS did this after covid ... release uplifting music when we needed it most. Thank you Jimin.

Jimin is an amazing artist and Loco is also a great rapper, they made a great combination together. I recommend you delve into the FACE era, it was Jimin's solo debut last year and it showed a completely opposite image to this beautiful song, he is always reinventing himself and is a multifaceted artist, I really highly recommend following his solo stage, this 18 In July the main song of the album MUSE comes out, Smeraldo was its pre-release. It shows once again, just like with everything else Jimin does, including his other MV’s just how hands on, just how much involved Jimin was! Including the concept, imagery, vision, the look he had for the MV! Plus all the ideas he had that he put into play! All the while keeping everything as lighthearted, fun & enjoyable! Jimin even oversaw the filming to make sure the final shoot would meet with his approval! Jimin keeps amazing me more & more, though I shouldn’t be surprised anymore! I mean Jimin writes the lyrics composes melody, involved with producing, then is even hands on, on every level during filming!
