    rather than "Graffiti artists", these seem like artists who are inspired by Graffiti

    It’s so funny people are calling them toy left and right yet probably have no fucking clue about the actual graffiti scene in Japan. These guys are very up & consistent in Tokyo and honestly have some of the cleaner styles that come out of there. Their canvas stuff really has nothing to do with what they do on the streets.

      Fr reminds me of the people calling certain handstyles "toy" Culture is different in other areas, respect it.

      @@taemo3707 there’s definitely stuff you gotta be around for a while to respect, people in their first couple years who still barely even know what’s going on in their own writes aren’t gonna understand things like busflow or wickeds unless they’re from that. Levels to this lmao

      Thanks for answering this, I've had this question ever since seeing them online years before. Their shit just seems so whack and not in an antistyle type of way lol. Like there's plenty of good fucking writers in Japan and it ain't them

      In what world? Tokyo has its own graffiti scene and rough style of throw ups and these two are both VERY up and respected in the streets there. Anyone up in Tokyo means business and is not some toy writer fucking around. I’ve been seeing both of them for years and not one bad word has been spoken.

    Only haters call others toy. I've never heard a good artist call another a toy. They only uplift and show the way.

      The illegal graffiti scene is super competitive. Calling someone a toy is a challenge to change the accusers mind, nothing more. Get your wack ass „everyone has to support everyone“ attitude out of here, the goal is to get better not to get comfortable

    “In Tokyo is completely different”…no it isn’t! Here in Europe when bombing we really don’t avoid trouble. We dive into it, that’s the true graffiti energy.

    • @PlutoTheGod
      @PlutoTheGod Рік тому

      Nah Tokyo graff is definitely a very different animal. They have a crazy level of surveillance and their culture in general does not fuck around with it. Some euro countries and cities are the same way, but the vast ones that are bombed out really don’t go too crazy.
