It worked after separating the earplugs and charging case. Thanks for your video.
Wow, just got mine and I'm having the same issues. They go back in the morning. For $165.00 the charger in a joke. Thanks for sharing.
Even I had same problem, got it fixed by cleaning the charging point on plugs by earbuds dipped in alcohol based sanitizer.
I'm having similar issue with my elite 65t it's not charging its showing green light all the time I dont know it's been 1 hr now I plug it to charge all the lights are green but the jabra app is showing 15% only
I have the same problem. When it's already fully charged, after removing the charger the green light keeps blinking till it discharged completely.
I am happy for you guys that it worked for some of you. Cheers.
Same problem occure with my jabra elite 65 t earbud charging case ,pink colour light on, n not charging buds efficiently
Well mine worked amazing for 2 years now, no complains!!!!! What I am finally having trouble with now is that my right earbud's battery is now dying quick, like two hours at medium volume no passive noise use. The left one is great brand new since I mostly use the right only. trying to find a video on how to replace the battery. of the earbud. Case works amazing still! Use these at work (UPS).
Hi,i have same problem, just mine die after less then 1h.Have you succes somehow to fix or to change battery in earbud'?
@@cira90g hello, I did not have much luck fixing or trying to see if Jabra would fix them for me, I also looked into buying just the right side(non working side in my case) to see if I can pair it with the working side(left earbud) but it's not possible. After a lot of research I ended up buying Air Pods Pro's since Apple does replace and/or fix any earbud or both, or the case as well. You can also buy any earbud and sync it to the working earbud. They sound great on my Samsung Note 10 plus, the only thing I had to buy comply foam 2.0 eartips to block out the noise like the Jabras do(noise canceling works amazing too). The only thing is that I do have to use a friend's iPhone to adjust the settings, but that's not a big deal for me. Hope this helps!!!!
@@Rumeel12708 tnx for quick answer,i will try whit some solutions what i see on internet. If not succes i will try to open and see if it can to change battery. If that not succes i think next will bee sony.
@@cira90g yeah no problem, anything to help, and yeah go for it, I couldn't find the batteries at the time, or I would of changed them too, the only reason why I didn't buy the newest Jabras was because they are still slave and master earbuds, they aren't independent. Cheers!!!!!
How do you fix ?
Did you use the wire that came with it?
The next video show a solution that worked for me: ua-cam.com/users/shortscoWUZuQDFjM?feature=share
The charging base , battery issue maybe .
Cuz I just mine for 3 hundred something dollars maybe you got a fake one where did you purchase yours?
yep same thing is happening to me as well. Jabra support via app is non existent. very disappointed. bought it brand new and registered the product.
argh
did you got any way to fix them? my charger just started to behave like that
Not really but sometimes it seems to work . Keep the lid open , plung in the charger and close the lid .
@@jordenkaramel you are welcome . Is it still working ? Mine one is already dead now , nomore working that way. 😂😂
My buds won’t charge but I’ve had them for 2 years, I think I need to clean the pins tho lol
Did you find the solution???
I am also facing same issue and charging case overheating also
Any suggestions pls.
Get Soundcore. I have both a $50 and $120 pair that both sound excellent. The latter sounds better since it has LDAC
You ever watch Armageddon?
Yeah I fixed mine Russian style...
Headphones out case closed beat it with some decent force. Not to break but to from different sides rattle it's guts around a little. I tossed it on the tile floor lightly a few times... It's dead not charging so nothing to lose.
Now it's green an charging again.
Also the rubber insert inside pulled out so someone with electrical knowledge could EASILY work on the charging port usb parts prob cheep easy fix.
Don't reccomend my style it's a gamble 🎰 good luck guys!
Charge it with your laptop for a couple of hours, works now!!
I have the same issue, and try the method and charge it overnight and it work, but the 2nd time when my battery ran out I couldn’t charge the device anymore and the method that I used earlier doesn’t work anymore.
I am having the same problem.. my earbuds charge to 6% and no further and I think it's only the right earbud that's having the problem. It's really frustrating considering the price of these
Ya I agree with you. Quality is not up to my expectation and how youtube reviewers review this product as a super quality. Now a days all these youtube reviewers are paid to review and plz don't listen to them.
@@saifshaikh3578 No not yet. I opened the plastic layer on the top and put some pressure on the mother board and it worked for some time but its not the permanent solution . My friend told me to use heat gun on the mother board but I haven't tried that yet.
I've got almost exactly the same problem🤷♂️ left earbud is ok, but recently I've only seen the one on the right charge up to 7%... I've used the right one on its own for about 2 weeks (i hardly used the left one) so maybe that is linked to the charging problem?
I bought this my charger is working but earbuds never turned on! I've been trying to contact jabra support for around 3 days now and still no solution.
They are always like that, very bad customer service, at least I didn't expect that type fo service. Well all products are same these days, they just do a heavy over rated marketing and sell their products .
You bout those for $200? I got it for less than $50
Try to blow the charging port. It will work
I have same problem with Jabra 75t
No lite and no charge pls help mi
My light is purpul, he won't charge too
sometime this method seems to work but not a permanent solution .
Keep the lid open , plung in the charger and close the lid .
Yes same problem is happen here
same for me on 75
My wife just reset my jabra and paired those with samsung mobile. I guess her phone updated the firmware. The earphones seem to be working fine.
Or try charging with a laptop
What are u talking about
Same garbage
It's a fake product not real one
Mine to had the same problem. It started with the Amber light never changing tongreen. But I charged the case, without the earbuds for about 3 hours and then shut the case and lo my case started to behave normally. After that put the buds in and again charged. Working just fine now.
I took my ear buds out of the case then plugged the case in with the lid open. Light went from red to green instantly. Quick fix worked for me !👍
Tried this and my charging case finally went from Red to Yellow. Its working again. Thank you for the tip!!
@@raylynbechoo5381 this also worked for me
