idea : get the lift back from DJ's bay, but it where the 4 posts is, use the 4 posts and the dinon against the wall in front of the last dock and get the short man a short lift

I had the same forklift but it had a 6k counter weight. Great machine. Only issue I had in 10yrs of daily use was the propane diaphragm needed to be replace.
Need to do a four post lift out side the dyno door to be able to to dyno low azz cars (might have to build small ramps to bridge the gap of to the dyno )and can use it to be able to wash the under side of the cars before you start too take them apart
Next time u put a lift in measure the lag bolts and go 1inch less then the length of lag thats how deep you should drill its supposed to crush when you hit the bottom of the hole then the lag crushes and mushrooms out to plug the hole Shop is coming along nice
I'm feelin the other comments recommending another 4 post or two along that side wall. Gives more room for activities, or rather, ability to have more cars in there.

union ironworker here always thread your nut all the way up when hitting in wedge anchors to prevent mushrooming the tip.
When you don’t want to take your project cars off the lift so you just buy a new one.

need to have enough wire coiled on the lift post, so that if the lift fails... it wont rip the electrical cable causing more problems.

Not going to lie the placement of the Dino and II lift is kind of a waste of the loading doors but it looks cool as hell for pictures and videos

Move the dyno to the begining of the shop, or to the other shop. Cuz if a car on the dyno catch fire or blows. The cars next to it will get damaged.
