Hello! I had emailed you about your previous layout, but finally found what I was thinking of, and it was from a Model Railroader article from 1993. Thanks for sharing your work! I'm just getting (back) into model railroading since the first time when I was 10.
Great update Dave, The backdrop looks amazing. If you do add the rock face at Ophir you are a braver man then me! Everything looks so darn good I'd have hard time making that decision.
Absolutely love and enjoy your videos and your layout Dave if you ever do a magazine article featuring your layout please let me know which one it is I would love to buy it as I truly enjoy your layout and the work you do
Maybe a smaller snowshoe? Like the rock idea as long as it is not high but blends into tree line. Still hoping for coal chute. Does Blazek have plans? Thanks again for your updates. Chuck
About Lark Products- Your backdrops are spectacular. Does Lark have fixed stock offerings, will they produce backdrops from customer supplied panoramic photos, or will they grab images and produce one-off backdrops without the customer having to travel to photograph scenes or pay someone to go out and snap photos on-site? (My prototype is far enough off the mainline that I'm certain there are no stock backdrop images of the area)
Wow spectacular work! It’s amazing that I cannot decipher where the scenery ends and the backdrop starts.
Read your article in White River's HOn3 Annual - GREAT!!! Thanks for your talents in this best of hobbies.
Amazing detail! And nice music in the background as well.
Looks great, Dave! But I already knew that....LOL Great update!

Great to see your work
Looking forward to seeing the coal chutes.
Another switching move.
Keep up the good work.
That Toma Porter is intriguing.
Crystal River shows it as out of stock so it won't be soon unless I scratchbuild...
Great update Dave, your work is outstanding. Always enjoy seeing your videos. Bob
Nice layout Dave, thanks for sharing. Well done!
Placerville looks amazing Dave! I love what you've done with it.
Wonderful stuff Dave. Nice to see how you creatively get so much into the space available and afford time for detailed modeling.
Thanks, Jeff!
Thanks Dave , some great work you have gotten done. Mike
the depth is stunning! Tuco Ramirez. Hey!....Blondie.
Subscribed! My favorite detail on RGS No. 12 is the missing bell. It would have been removed (or stolen), so well played. ~DFF
Very nice looking layout
Loved the update, Dave!

Chuck
He does make the plans, yes. You're really into this coal chute thing, aren't you? LOL
Having some hon3 stuff would be cool. Someone should make dedicated sets.
Yes
After seeing the picture on the CRP website.
Think it would make an interesting scene at that location.
Thanks for your reply
Chuck
Dave, what kit/products do you use for the telephone poles?
