Non Woven Coir Needle Felt Machine with Latex Spraying system

Machine is designed to produce non woven coir felt sheet of 2.0 meter wide with both side latex spraying system by coir fiber suitable to manufacture rubberized coir sheet for mattress application. The main advantage is saving on latex consumption which is reduced by 50% with conventional technology. Elimination of usage of twisted or curled coir rope is other main advantage. When compared to existing technology, this new designed machine will reduced the production cost by 50 percent, mainly by saving on latex,coir fiber, labor,power to mention a few.
