that money has to be exported for the whole system to work. Otherwise there'll be too much dollars in circulation within the US and inflation will go off the roof. The exported dollars were never meant to be domestic. Money is just a token after all, it must match the country's production, US is not hindered in any way in terms of token printing or creation, they actually overdo it, therefore the need to export some to create real value (through debt).

Israel's response to attacks has always been that if they are hit, they will respond many times harder. Unfortunately, this doesn't work well against terrorists hiding among civilians. Israel has a military that is far better at defeating armies, so it continues to use the sledgehammer it has rather than the scalpel it doesn't. But to be fair, unless a country is wiling to just wholesale wipe out all human life in an area, they are going to be forced by both internal and external forces to withdraw before they have eliminated terrorists hiding among civilians.
Militaries are unequipped to fight militant groups. You've seen this from the US, the Soviets, the Brits and many before. If you militarily destroy a country, a government will fall because it's built upon order. Chaos and destruction is the enemy of a government. Order is the enemy of militant groups, as you can see in Afghanistan. Chaos and destruction is where militant groups thrive.
Israel doesn't have a military that is far better at defeating armies. That's literally what a military is for, defeating armies.
