I just feel that the workflow of this cafe is so hectic, makes it kinds difficult to make multiple drinks together. The aesthetic is nice but very inefficient workflow setup. Lumberjack is wayy better
100% It’s illogical. He weighs the coffee down to the 0.01gram for consistency, taking up previous time…then proceeds to eye ball the amount of milk and it’s temperature therefore irradiating any consistency
Any competent barista knows how to consistently produce the correct milk temperature and or texture without needing a thermometer. Also eye balling the amount of milk is normal, wasted milk is expected and can sometimes be necessary in order to keep consistent quality and speed.
@@keiranheywood again. If you’re going through the hassle of weighing down to the 0.01gram. Which literally has negligible difference to taste and consistency, then eye balling the milk actually has a more impactful affect on consistency…therefore not taking the same effort = irradiating any gain in consistency you get from weighing down to the 0.01Gram…
@@him333-i4p It’s actually 0.1gram***. Which is exceptionally important to stay consistent with because perfecting the espresso is the most important part of the making process. 0.1 gram usually wouldn’t make a difference with taste however 0.2 grams or more could. Overestimating the milk amount shouldn’t affect the taste if you know how to handle splitting the milk however underestimating could cause an unprofessional texture.
the contrast between this shift and the last video is crazy
I''m sitting in a coffee shop, making coffee, while watching Connor make coffee...this is so soothing and it's COFFEE-CEPTION!!! LOL
Back here again as my exam season starts! thank you for uploading, your videos help me focus better :)
Kept waiting for you to wipe the stains off the counter, what a relief at 20:50 lol Think I'll have to check out this café next time I'm in London!

Agreed. The cups take so much of their space on the back counter as well.
i really like lumberjack more, this place feels empty and soulless. no offense to connor

You got out of my sight, happy to look your videos again😊😊
I mean, we already know that Connor does coffee, no title needed 👍
I'm curious, what espresso machine is that? First time I've seen them as an individual grouphead.
La Marzocco Modbar
Now I just wanna know what IMG 6334 was.
3 videos in three days. Say less🤩😍
So good
This cafe makes me dizzy. Seems like a very inefficient workflow to have the grinders on the opposite side from the machine
1000%
Bro forgot to change the title 😂
or didn't he?
@@joseenriquemironhe did lol
@@danieldoescoffee yes 😳

Does it even taste like coffee in these big ass mugs?
Those are such small cups compared to other places lol
can you turn of hdr video?
