Truly a cream of the crop last installment of the series. Loaded with indisputable classics. Fantastic series Jeff. It was fun watching you talk about all 100 albums that you love. Really enjoyed taking the musical journey with you. Awesome job!!!
Even trying to pick 100 can be a rough decision, I agree Abbey Road is a classic album. Continued success. PS / maybe another topic could be 20 albums I seem to no longer play.
Hey Jeff! I'm with you on everything you said about 'ATMP.' LZ IV, Who's Next, LIB, GYBR, White Album, Abbey, and DSOTM, are all worthy of being #1. This is always an impossible task. Really enjoyed this!
I think Abbey Road was the first album cover I ever saw, so iconic in my mind even beyond the phenomenal music. Outstanding pick for #1 and awesome list overall Jeff!
HI Jeff: I never want the remixed All Things Must Pass to become the standard. I heartily agree on the Phil Spector production on it. A simply perfect Gen X Top Ten! I loved it. 💯. Rock Always! - Heather
Brilliant video Jeff, this was definitely my favorite section of your list! Nearly all of these will make my list as well, thanks for the shoutout, that was a great surprise!! Phenomenal job on this series 👏👏👍🤘🤘
George is my favorite Beatle, and I’m not a huge Beatles guy. There’s just something about him and his style that I love. I have a vinyl copy and a CD copy of All Things Must Pass. Phil Spector too, who I always found fascinating as a genuine lunatic in and out of the studio. I still like Pet Sounds, and it’s the only Beach Boys album I have. Cannot argue with Who’s Next! In my top 10 of all time. Grace! Incredible as you said! Great to see The Police represented in your top 10. Dark Side! ✌️
Thanks Mike! George was such an underdog for most of his years as a Beatle so ATMP put him on equal footing to John and Paul. Pet Sounds is just simply the Beach Boys’ best album. I can’t abide any other take on it. Hard to leave Synchronicity off my list but some hard choices had to be made. Thanks for watching!
Excellent to see Jeff Buckley crack the top 10 .. Eerie to hear Dream Brother & what a once in a lifetime voice showcased so well on So Real & Mojo Pin.
Hi Jeff!!! Well done and great job.... your top ten are fantastic albums and classics in their own merrit, had no idea Jeff Buckley would be so high in the list. cheers and be well
Hi Jeff! All Things is great, albeit bloated.....not sure I would consider it my fave solo Fab album, but it's certainly close to the top Led Zep 4.....yes, it lives up to its legend, but the burnout factor on some of those songs still exists. Pet Sounds......Brian Wilson's influential masterpiece. Who's Next......an essential album in music history. Grace is an interesting pick. Ghost in the Machine is likable, but it wouldn't be in my top ten album list. Yellow Brick.....like most double albums, there is a killer single record hiding inside. Having said that, GYBR is without question one of the best releases ever. Single or double. Let it Bleed.....Exile is my fave Stones, but LIB sounds like a sexy, demonic novel. White Album......speaking of novels.......it's a textbook of rock's past, present and future. Dark Side is Floyd at its peak IMO......and it started to go downhill slowly but steadily after that. Abbey Road.....Revolver is my favorite Beatles album, Abbey Road is in the runner up slot. Great video once again!
Thanks John! Sometimes hard to separate my emotional connection to these albums and objectively rate the merits of the music but this was a fun list all the same.
A wonderful list of albums . It was great to see you include my favourite Police album , and mention , my favourite song by them , Darkness . Here's my list of 10 - 1 albums . Gee , can I throw in a number 11 as well ? Anyway , here it is : Jimi Hendrix : Are You Experienced ? Rolling Stones : Aftermath ( US edition with Paint It Black ) Supertramp : Crime of the Century David Bowie : Ziggy Stardust & the Spiders From Mars Elton John : Honky Chateau Genesis : Selling England By the Pound Yes : Fragile The Beatles : Rubber Soul. ( US Edition , the way I heard it growing up ) Pink Floyd : Dark Side of the Moon. ( Any Colour You Like is often overlooked on this album , it's killer ) Jethro Tull : Aqualung. ( yes , this is my favourite album , it's a perfect mix of acoustic and electric rock ) (If I could throw in an extra number 11 , it would be Abbey Road ) ( thus breaking my self imposed one album per band rule ) Thanks for a great series !
Great picks and Aqualung is a masterpiece, no question. I love the US. Rubber Soul and it’s my preferred version too. All of your picks are classics and I feel guilty for leaving some of these off my list. Thanks for sharing!
I’m just here to tell you all the reasons your number one pick is wrong. Just kidding!😂 Not my number one but I totally respect your opinion. I do love that album obviously. This series was so much fun. I think this episode might be the first one that I actually owned every album you mentioned. Seems like every other episode there was always at least one I didn’t own. I think now you need to revisit your top 100 songs again
Thanks Gary! This was a fun, if controversial list to compile and I had a lot of fun talking about all these classic albums. The fact that you own all the albums in my top ten makes me feel better about it.
Hi I tried Pet Sounds so many times, but ..... I do not know what I'm missing but I simply doesn't get it. The same goes for Jeff Buckley's Grace. I really do not know what I am missing. There has to be something..... Take care.
Can't argue with your list (nor would I want to), and I am always entertained. However, I still can't get my head around putting Jeff Buckley in your top 10 (or 100). And yes, I'm very aware of his music. When I was in college you had to like him if you wanted to be cool. I even saw him live up here in Toronto. In the long run I just can't listen to that anymore, he's just too precious, in his singing and his image, it's kinda sickening.

And you Rich! It was a fun series to do. Thanks for watching!
Very nice number one Jeff, that's my number 2 after Pet Sounds. I loved this series! Great representation for ATMP!
Thank you Sam! Pet Sounds is a worthy pick for #1.
Even trying to pick 100 can be a rough decision, I agree Abbey Road is a classic album. Continued success. PS / maybe another topic could be 20 albums I seem to no longer play.
Every album on this video is a masterpiece
I couldn't live without Are You Experienced or Axis: Bold As Love, but you obviously can. Speaking of "Can", their 1971 Tago Mago deserves a listen.
Hey Jeff! I'm with you on everything you said about 'ATMP.' LZ IV, Who's Next, LIB, GYBR, White Album, Abbey, and DSOTM, are all worthy of being #1. This is always an impossible task. Really enjoyed this!
Thanks Steve! This was a fun series to do. The top 10 was actually a no brainer for me but the rest took quite a lot more thought and consideration.
I think Abbey Road was the first album cover I ever saw, so iconic in my mind even beyond the phenomenal music. Outstanding pick for #1 and awesome list overall Jeff!
Thank you Rob! 😃 I really enjoyed compiling this list/

Way to bring it home, Jeff. Some surprises in that Top 10, congrats on crossing the finish line!
Thanks Tom!

So Real gives me chills every time I listen to it. Hope more people discover that great album.
Fantastic series brother

It’s a masterpiece
Love when you do these i agree on no 1 some id switch out but respect your opinion great to watch thanks for the work you do on this channel
Thanks Nelson! It’s a fun exercise to do once in a while even if it involves a lot of second guessing. 😃
Nice list, thanks for the content bro!
Thanks Jon!

15:55 So true. Isn't Dark Side also a prog album?
I would say yes but prog snobs would probably disagree
Well done
Hi

Yeah Pet Sounds and Grace are not for everyone, they just connected with me in a powerful way.

Yeah I discovered him only after he died so I didn’t have the same experience. Just one of those albums that still moves me today.
